Types of Mortgage

The financing of a property is generally done through an annuity mortgage, an endowment mortgage or a pension-backed mortgage and with a fixed and/or a variable rate. Each type has advantages and disadvantages. You may need to finance your property in stages and this can be arranged so you can pay the builder during the construction of the house. If you are in a position that your first home is still in the process of being sold you can arrange for bridging finance.

WARNING: YOUR HOME IS AT RISK IF YOU DO NOT KEEP UP REPAYMENTS ON A MORTGAGE OR ANY OTHER LOAN SECURED ON IT.
Suitable security and adequate life cover may be required by the lender.
